David Mandel is proud to be Chief Executive Officer of Ohel Children's Home and Family Services, a leading organization with a broad array of mental health programs serving more than 20,000 individuals in New York and its environs. Ohel's work in Resilience, Trauma and Grief reaches thousands nationally. Camp Kaylie@Ohel is a unique camp integrating typical children and children with disabilities in a fun-filled summer experience that lasts a lifetime. Ohel is led by an active Board of Directors.
Mr. Mandel is Chairman of the Touro College School of Social Work Professional Advisory Board. He is a keynote speaker and lecturer on a broad range of mental health issues and a frequent contributor to newspapers, magazines and radio programs, with more than 300 articles published on mental health, addictions, adolescent conflict and sexual abuse. He has collaborated on several professional journal articles and has been a regular contributor to the Times of Israel.
Mr. Mandel is co-editor with Dr. David Pelcovitz on Breaking the Silence: Sexual Abuse in the Jewish Community KTAV Publishing January 2011.

Amy has worked at Ohel since 1996, starting as the Director of Human Resources and currently as Chief Administrative Officer.
Amy is responsible for the agency's administrative operations including Human Resources, Technology, Training, Government Relations, Administrative Services, and Marketing.
Prior to Ohel, Amy began her career in Human Resources at Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. Amy is most proud of the relationships she has developed with all her colleagues and the agency's Board of Directors. Adept at budgeting and complex problem solving, Amy is continuously amazed by the talents and professionalism of Ohel's staff and their dedication to the organization's clients and mission.

Naftoli has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ohel since September 2002. He is an active member of the Fiscal Management Committee of the Inter Agency Council; the umbrella organization for NYS Office of People with Developmental Disabilities member agencies within NYC. He also served as an industry representative serving on the Contract Advisory Committee to the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Prior to joining Ohel 18 years ago, Naftoli was in senior positions in finance in several healthcare organizations. From 1975 through 1997 he was a member of the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, LLP where he had been a Partner since June 1986.
Mr. Lorch received his Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in January 1975 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Yeshiva University in June 1973.

Adam has worked at Ohel since 2000. Prior to serving as COO, Adam served as General Counsel and Compliance Officer. Adam also works with colleagues to develop agency and program-specific policies and procedures and provides trainings to staff on a number of related topics. Adam is also a member of several statewide trade associations and the NYS OPWDD Mortality Review Committee. Prior to his employment at Ohel, he worked in the New York County Family Court during which time he prosecuted child abuse and neglect cases. In his free time, he engages in a perpetually futile effort to get his children to sleep.

Aryeh works closely with colleagues and governmental agencies to address a myriad of legal and regulatory issues, including those related to employment law, Medicaid billing, contracts, corporate governance, HIPAA and client confidentiality, client safety and risk assessment and mitigation.
